Mental health sessions with you were great. They helped me recognise I wasn’t in a healthy relationship and encouraged me to love myself. You recommended healthy exercises to cope and materials I could use to understand what was going on. You also gave me helpful resources to look for further assistance. I felt like talking to you helped unscramble my thoughts. Especially when I felt helpless in a dark space and couldn’t identify the cause. I felt understood and not alone. Most importantly, you listened and sent hugs I don’t think I could ever give you anything to show you how thankful I am for what you did for me. And just want to thank you. Might keep sending thank yous throughout when this happens again but idk I’m just super grateful for you.
